About Robin Butler

Robin Butler of RE/MAX Gateway has 38 years of real estate expertise in Northern Virginia. Robin specializes in matching clients with their ideal residential and investment properties in the Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, and Loudoun County areas.
Robin has been known to go above and beyond for her clients. Because of her unparalleled attention to providing excellent service, Robin has built lifelong relationships with her clients. Her past clients often seek her out to assist with the real estate needs of their children, friends, and loved ones. In addition to being skilled with handling the needs of first-time home buyers, Robin has earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES ® ) designation, which helps her to provide exceptional service to home buyers and sellers over the age of 50.
In addition to providing expert guidance to home buyers and helping clients sell their homes quickly for top dollar, Robin is often sought out by past clients to assist with coordinating professional contractor services at competitive prices. Her strong relationships in the industry prove to be beneficial to her clients long after they’ve left the closing table.
Robin has achieved the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. This designation, combined with her straightforward communication style and decades of experience, gives her an edge in managing negotiations in order to get the best deals for her clients. Since Robin has earned many awards working as a top producing Realtor®, both from her brokerage and local real estate association for production as well as quality customer service.
Robin has been a long-time supporter of many charitable organizations, including Give Back
Homes, Toys For Tots, A Forever Home Rescue Foundation, and Feeding America. She loves
dogs and cats, gardening, exercise, hiking, reading, yoga, cooking, wine, vintage shopping,
traveling, water, sunshine and boating.
