" Robin recently sold a condominium for me in South Arlington off South Walter Reed Drive. Robin was referred to me by the rental company through which I was renting this condo out to tenants. Robin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and effective in how she handled the entire process. I had never sold a property before, and she basically walked me through the whole process. She handled every step except for the ones that I as the owner had to do, which was great because having never been through this process before, I wasn’t sure what all those steps were. We accepted a fair contract offer, but there were complications with the appraisal and FHA terms. Robin helped negotiate a counter offer and got the deal back on track. There were further problems with the buyer's financing that altered paperwork and changed the closing date to when I would be out of town.
