" Robin recently listed and sold my condominium. She provided sound guidance on pricing that generated very good traffic even during a normally slow time of year. Robin helped guide us thorough the necessary repairs and set up the condo for showing with decorations she provided. It looked very nice. We accepted a fair contract offer, but there were complications with the appraisal and FHA terms. Robin helped negotiate a counter offer and got the deal back on track. There were further problems with the buyer's financing that altered paperwork and changed the closing date to when I would be out of town. Robin dealt with all these issues and stakeholders, including DocuSign from a ski lodge, to finally close the sale.
